Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at [your email address] of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [your email address] so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If we are unable to reach a resolution, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers in the EU, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but we are willing to do so where possible.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
Delivery Obligations
We will fulfill your order and deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of your order, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon at the time of purchase. If we are unable to deliver within this period, we will notify you promptly and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Language of Contract
These Terms of Service are provided in English. If you are a consumer residing in Romania, a Romanian translation is [available here / will be provided upon request]. In the event of any conflict between language versions, the [English / Romanian] version shall prevail.
