Right of Withdrawal / Returns
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). To initiate a return, contact us at [your email address] within this period. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund — including the original standard delivery cost — within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
- Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed, where you have given prior consent
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at tmtm.michel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Outside the EU
For customers outside the EU (including Ukraine), returns are accepted within [X] days of delivery at the customer's expense. Please contact us before returning any item.
